Phule Wada is located in Ganj Peth which is a few kms away from Pune station. It was the residence of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule a great social reformer of the 21st century. It was declared as a National property by the president of India Dr. Shankar Dayal sharma on 10th Dec 1999. There is a half statue of Mural in the memory of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule at this place. There are some beautiful paintings by Vasant Athavale from Nagpur on few of the important incidences that took place in the life of Mahatma Phule. There also a well outside the house.
